Community Engagement

Our Community Engagement Team oversees a number of ministry areas bringing life to our community. We are always looking for ways to take the love of Jesus out of our building into the world around us. For those that do come to any of our services, events and ministry environments at Causeway Coast Vineyard, we want to find ways for them to feel easily connected to the life and community that we share together: offering pathways of growth and connection through Small Groups, ways to serve on teams and encouraging our model of “Pastoral Share” caring for one another through the trials and sorrows of life but also in times of celebration too.  The Community Engagement Team oversees our focus of supporting families across the North Coast with courses from Care for The Family for all areas of family life and in specific areas of challenge including Additional Needs, partnership with Home for Good encouraging Adoption and Fostering, developing welcome and integration for Internationals in our community, and our Visiting Team for those who are not yet engaged with Causeway Coast Vineyard.  We also put on a number of connection events throughout the year including our “LOVE COLERAINE” events in the town centre creating a party atmosphere for all to enjoy!  Our Women’s Ministry is also a key focus and involves the development of women’s Small Groups, Mums and Tots groups, events specifically designed to support and connect women from our local community, and our annual Illuminate Women’s Conference. Your internship would involve a range of tasks supporting these areas of ministry and increasing leadership based on your skill set and areas you are passionate about in reaching the world around you.
